Privacy policy

Currency Calculator works without an account. We do not ask for your name, email, or any other personal details, and the amounts you convert are calculated on your device and never sent to us. This policy explains what data is involved on the website and in the mobile app.

Currency Calculator is operated by Pixel Analytics LLC, which is responsible for this service.

Website

• Your browser's local storage keeps the currencies on your board, their order, the amount you last entered, and a copy of the latest exchange rates so pages load faster. We never receive it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
• There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies.

Mobile app

Stored on your phone

The app keeps your currencies, their order, the amount you last entered, recently used currencies, a copy of the latest exchange rates (so it works offline), and whether you have removed ads. This stays in the app's storage and is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Advertising

The free version shows a banner ad from Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, the app asks for your consent first, using Google's consent tool, and you can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy and ad settings. To show, measure, and protect ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, approximate location based on your IP address, and information about how ads are displayed and tapped. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings. The app does not pass anything you type to Google.

Purchases

If you buy "Remove ads", Google Play processes the payment. We use RevenueCat to confirm and restore the purchase. RevenueCat keeps a record of the purchase linked to a random ID created by the app, not to your name or email. We never see your payment details.

Crash reports

The app uses Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, to send us crash reports when something goes wrong. A crash report includes technical details such as the error, your device model, operating system, and app version. We use them only to find and fix problems, not for advertising or to identify you.

Our servers

The website and the app download pages and exchange rates from our servers, which run on Cloudflare. Like any web request, these include technical information such as your IP address and browser or device type. Cloudflare processes this to deliver and protect the service and keeps short-lived technical logs that we may use to fix problems. We do not use them to identify you. Exchange rates come from our rate provider through our servers; your device does not contact the provider directly.

What we do not do

• No accounts, sign-in, or profiles.
• No sale of personal information.
• No collection of your precise location.
• No product analytics in the app or on the website.

Children

Currency Calculator is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
